Band 

The G.S. Lakie music programs focus on developing each student to the extent of their fullest potential. To achieve this, we focus on the individual, as well as ensemble rehearsal and performance, where each aspiring musician will develop an understanding and appreciation of music in a variety of ways. Another goal of the Lakie music programs is to reach as many students as possible. Ultimately, the programs will develop within each student the desire to support music through continued involvement whether within a performing group, independent study, or lifelong enjoyment.
